1. What kind of vacancies do you have for penetration testers? For which kind of projects?
Our company works on several projects like VA/PT (Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing) or Web Application development. The company also gives training in Ethical Hacking under P|CEH (Prediqnous Certified Ethical Hacker) and provides various services of SEO. But our crucial interest is Cyber Forensics. We have solved numerous cases of cyber crimes, for example Facebook frauds, tracing of black hats, Extortion, Database Forensics, Corporate Frauds and these are the projects that we have vacancies for.
2. How many penetration testers does your company hire? Do you look for them ongoing?
Prediqnous adopts a comprehensive approach, inclusive of re-testing to certify customer infrastructure for technical gaps. The process starts with the first level audit, followed by a comprehensive report and recommendation to the customer. Once the customer team closes the gaps, Prediqnous does a re-testing to determine closure of the gaps. Bais the re-testing, Prediqnous certifies the customer's infrastructure. In order to carry out this work there is a need of a complete team. And in order to do that we always look for three to four new employees who have experience of at least 1-2 years.
3. How does you recruitment process look like?
Recruitments or selection of candidates is conducted by the Managing Director of our company. There are 3-4 stages through which a candidate is being selected based upon his achievements and those stages include:
Written Test – This written test is the very first step that every job seeker has to pass. This test includes the basic questions related to hacking, forensics, security research and some general questions just to test the mental ability of this person.
Technical Test And HR (Human Resource) Interview: After completing the first step, the candidate has to pass a technical test. This step includes the questions related to what student or the seeker has done up till the interview. For example if he gained some of the certificates like CCNA, CEH, PCEH, Database certification, etc. After that our HR representative asks the candidate about his thoughts, ideas, expectations from the company, backgrounds and interests.
Group Discussion: The third and the most important step is group discussion. The main point to check here is whether the candidate has good customer service and communication skills.
Final Round: The final step is the meeting with the officials just to confirm that the candidate has all the skills that the company is looking for in an employee
4. What certifications are required, what certifications are a plus?
In order to join Prediqnous the required and necessary certificate is CEH. The candidate can be a certified ethical hacker from Prediqnous itself/EC council/or any other registered company. It will also help if the candidate has CCNA or Microsoft certificates.
5. What are the characteristics or traits of the top testers you have at the moment?

I appreciate the high-spirited environment around me. Even if I do something wrong there is an understanding and the time to fix the mistake. 7. What is the average tenure of the testers working here?
The average tenure of testing persons of age 22-30 is minimum of 4 years.
